PULLED Eco-cooking bike came to town to innovate the fast-food industry.
This newborn brand brings a new ecological outdoor cooking strategy offering delicious pulled stuffed sandwiches.
The Eco Bike has a custom fitted kitchen specially designed for selling this product in perfect conditions and allow each customer to experience different ‘pulled tastes’ meat and Vegetarian aswell. Pommes frites are also part of the menu.
The pre-production area is located in a professional kitchen where the long-cooked meats are prepared and combined with a tasty success that will literally melts in your mouth.
Once meats, bread, sauces and sides are ready, the Eco Bike is pack up and ready to go. Preserving every taste vacuumed packed and following the cooling requirements the sandwich assembly is done outdoors in front of all the hungry diners.
