Sajoe’s Kitchen AB is a brand new food company in Sweden, that has been in operation for just under a year. Our food focus is on West and Southern African food profiles with a contemporary and modern twist. We have a blend of traditional flavors packed into a variety of dishes, from rice dishes, to wraps and pastries. The Founders of the company are Nathan Ighodaro, Victoria Akenbor and Taona Chindove. We are all trained chefs and have many years collectively of working in professional kitchens in different parts of the world.
The company owns a food truck that serves the above mentioned cuisine and is also registered for catering to the public. We have a long running corporation with the Nigerian embassy, where we have done catering on several occasions in the past, but we are currently looking to expand to cater to other companies and businesses. Our short term ambition is to open a restaurant within Stockholm central and introduce contemporary African food to the Scandinavian public.
The African food scene is still largely unexplored in Sweden and Sajoeskitchen looks to be the one to make a big and tasty introduction. Thank you for the opportunity and we look forward to taking part in the festivals.
